Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Apr 10: Zaffer Akeel Shah today assumed charge as the Managing Director of JKB Financial Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of J&K Bank. A statement said Shah brings with him vast experience in the banking and financial services sector.
