A recent Instagram video by cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Jeremy London highlights that friendships may significantly increase lifespan, comparable to the impact of diet or exercise. Citing decades of research, he explained that diverse social connections reduce stress hormones, strengthen immunity and support heart health.
