At 93, Jim Arrington, recognised as the worlds oldest professional bodybuilder, continues to train three times a week and maintain his physique. Born a sickly child with asthma and once nicknamed “Skinny Bones,” he transformed his life through weightlifting and went on to compete for decades. In a video shared by Guinness World Records, he explained how changing his diet, training with intensity, and adapting to his bodys needs over time have helped him stay strong.
