World Environment Day 2026: MSRTC Launches Statewide Cleanliness Drive; Buses, Stations And Toilets To Be Cleaned Every 4 Hours

MSRTC has launched a statewide cleanliness campaign under which buses, bus stations, toilets and crew rest rooms will be cleaned every four hours. Inaugurated by Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik on World Environment Day, the initiative also includes plastic recycling measures and expansion of electric bus charging infrastructure across Maharashtra.
