WhatsApp Launches ‘Business AI’ For Continuous SME Customer Support In India

WhatsApp announced the launch of ‘Business AI’ in India, enabling small and medium enterprises to provide round-the-clock customer support directly on the WhatsApp Business app. The AI can answer queries, capture leads, book appointments, and drive sales in all Indian languages. It will soon support UPI payments within chats. Businesses retain full control and can take over conversations anytime.
