Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the 4th Border Mountain Children's Science Festival in Guptkashi, Rudraprayag. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, priority is being given not only to academic knowledge but also to technical expertise in the state and Uttarakhand is the first state to implement the New Education Policy, he said.
