Excelsior Correspondent NEW DELHI, Mar 2: India and the United States should move towards a structured India-Delaware partnership in advanced biomanufacturing, Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Jitendra Singh said on Monday, proposing the creation of a small working group to translate discussions into concrete collaborations in research, manufacturing and startup ecosystems.
