While continuing operations posted a loss of ₹0.85 lakhs, discontinued operations contributed ₹16.45 lakhs, resulting in overall net profit of ₹15.61 lakhs. The company's strategic restructuring included receiving ₹1,125.20 lakhs advance for SKL India divestment and lapsing of share warrants worth ₹907.50 lakhs.
