US President Donald Trump has offered $50 million in reward for the arrest of Venezuela's leader Nicolas Maduro, who is accused of running one of the world's largest drug smuggling networks targeting the United States. The reward is double the bounty once put on Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden's head.
