Abu Dhabi Airport has launched a new "Smart Travel" initiative, enabling passengers to clear immigration in as little as seven seconds using biometric verification and smart gate technology. This partnership between the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) and Abu Dhabi Airports aims to streamline arrivals and enhance the overall passenger experience amidst record traffic growth.
