Prime Ministers Modi and Starmer announced a £1.8 million investment in the UK-India Critical Minerals Supply Chain Observatory. TEXMiN will establish a satellite campus at the Indian School of Mines, while GMDC Ltd.s iCEM will create a Rare Earth-centric Observatory.
