Ex-Servicemen League’s president, Brigadier Inder Mohan Singh (retired), has called upon the ex-servicemen of this region falling under the Ludhiana and Malerkotla districts to avail healthcare services under the ECHS (Ex-Service Contributory Health Scheme) at Sant Isher Singh Memorial Hospital, Rara Sahib.
