Sattrix Information Security Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Sattrix Software Solutions Private Limited, has entered into a strategic technology alliance with a leading IT automation and cybersecurity software company based in Delaware, USA. The alliance, with a duration of one year, was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, on 13th May, 2026. The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction, and no promoter or promoter group interest exists in the partnering entity.
