Saregama India To Acquire 51% Stake In Bhansali Productions, Secures Music Rights

Saregama India will subscribe to 9,960 CCPS of Bhansali Productions Pvt Ltd, raising its stake to 28–49.9% by 2028 and 51% by 2030. The deal grants Saregama ownership of BPPL’s music catalogue, strengthening its music licensing and video business amid BPPL’s expanding film slate. BPPL, incorporated in 2003, is engaged in the creation, production, and monetisation of feature films and web series.
