Excelsior Sports Correspondent SAMBA, Oct 19: The Cycling Association of Samba, affiliated with the Cycling Association of Jammu and Kashmir (CAJK) conducted the District Cycling Championship today. The event was led by District President Avinash Choudhary and District Secretary Kuljeet Singh, under the supervision of CAJK General Secretary Om Parkash, former General Secretary SS Gill, and J&K Sports Council Observer Kishav Singh.
