Rwanda and DR Congo Forge Path for Regional Economic Integration

Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo have formulated a regional economic integration framework. This includes cooperation on energy, infrastructure, mineral supply chains, national parks, and public health, following a peace agreement signed in Washington. The U.S. State Department announced the agreement on Friday.
