Rs 8,000 worth of good news for each of UP govt's Shiksha Mitras, instructors

Uttar Pradesh currently has 1,42,929 Shiksha Mitras, of whom 1,29,332 fall under a 60:40 funding arrangement with the Centre. The last revision for Shiksha Mitras had taken place in 2017, when their honorarium had been raised from Rs 3,500 to Rs 10,000.
