Reliance Adds Over 1 Lakh Employees In FY26, Green Energy Project May Create 2 Lakh More Jobs

Reliance Industries added more than 1 lakh employees in FY26, taking its workforce to nearly 4.2 lakh. The company expects its Jamnagar Green Energy Gigacomplex to create over 2 lakh green jobs. Reliance also increased employee spending and strengthened diversity and technology-driven hiring initiatives.
