REC Limited announced a change in senior management on May 17, 2026, with Shri Hemant Kumar ceasing to be Chief Compliance Officer after a three-year tenure. Mr. Mohammed Azaz Ali, formerly General Manager (Finance), has been appointed as the new Chief Compliance Officer.
