Raymond Limited issued a corrigendum to its EGM notice detailing the use of Rs 330.88 crore proceeds from a preferential warrant issue. Funds will support acquisitions in aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors, with 75% allocated for growth and 25% for general corporate purposes.
