RatnaVeer Precision launches Rs 211 crore QIP; floor price set at Rs 152.46 per share

RatnaVeer Precision Engineering has launched a QIP issue of up to ₹211 crore, including a ₹150 crore base size and a ₹61 crore green-shoe option. The floor price is set at Rs152.46 per share, with an indicative cut-off price of ₹145. Proceeds will support working-capital needs and general corporate purposes.
