Persistent Systems acquired part of Concise Systems OÜ's business for EUR 5.6M via PerSys Estonia OÜ to expand its Eastern European presence and secure a strategic customer relationship. The deal includes EUR 11.6M in annual revenue and involves a deferred payment of EUR 1.5M over two years.
