Persistent Systems Limited's subsidiary Aepona Group Limited acquired PerSys Estonia OÜ on May 22, 2026, for EUR 10,000 in cash. The new entity, incorporated in April 2026, will help expand the company's technology services footprint in Europe. The transaction is not a related party deal and required no regulatory approvals.
