Park Medi World Limited Approves Appointment of Cost, Internal, and Secretarial Auditors at Board Meeting

Park Medi World Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 15, 2026, approved the appointment of Sachin Gupta & Co. as Cost Auditor and NKSC & Co. as Internal Auditor, both for financial year 2026-27. SBR & Co. LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. All appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
