Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang revealed that despite leading a multi trillion dollar AI giant, he lives in constant anxiety driven by a fear of failure. Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience, he said he has lived with the mindset of being “30 days from going out of business” for 33 years, shaped by Nvidias near bankruptcies in the 1990s. Huang believes vulnerability strengthens leadership and describes success as filled with suffering, sacrifice, relentless work and no days off.
