NTPC Board Meeting Scheduled on May 23, 2026 to Consider FY26 Financial Results and Final Dividend

NTPC Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Saturday, 23rd May 2026, in New Delhi, to consider and approve the Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The Board will also deliberate on the recommendation of a final dividend for FY2025-26, if any, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. In line with the company's insider trading prevention code, the Trading Window for securities transactions, closed since 1st April 2026, will remain shut until 25th May 2026. The regulatory intimation was filed under Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and signed by Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Ritu Arora.
