The High Court of England and Wales rejected Nirav Modi’s appeal against his extradition to India for the Rs 6,498-crore PNB fraud. Despite his legal team’s arguments, the court deemed India’s assurances of no torture or ill-treatment to be reliable. They also dismissed concerns about his mental health.
