Nato troops near Ukraine, ready to occupy Moldova, says Russia

The tiny European nation of Moldova could emerge as a big flashpoint in the Nato-Kremlin conflict. A Russian intelligence agency said Nato was plotting a "landing" in Ukraine, in the European Union's bid to "occupy" Moldova. Moldovan authorities have arrested over 70 people linked to a Russian uprising plot ahead of the September 28 election.
