National Herald case: Delhi HC issues notice to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi on ED's appeal

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. This follows a plea by the Enforcement Directorate challenging a lower court's decision. The lower court had refused to take cognisance of the ED's money laundering case. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta argued the trial court's order was incorrect. He stated it could impact other ED cases.
