CHANDIGARH, Apr 13 : Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday said the ‘Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam’ represents the vision of a ‘New India’, where the dreams of the nation’s daughters will be fulfilled.
