Mphasis, through its wholly owned subsidiary Mphasis Ireland Limited, has acquired 100% stake in Theory and Practice Business Intelligence Inc. (TAP) and its affiliates, adding the Continuum AI platform to strengthen its Decisioning Intelligence capabilities and align with its NeoIP roadmap.
