Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Mansukh Mandaviya, on Wednesday virtually inaugurated the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for a state-of-the-art High Performance Centre (HPC) at the Sports Authority of India's Netaji Subhas Southern Centre (NSSC), Bengaluru.
