Maharashtra Consumer Commission Orders Refund Of ₹18 Lakh In Laser Machine Misrepresentation Case

State Consumer Commission has ordered Delhi-based Timpac Health Care Pvt Ltd to refund over Rs 18.33 lakh with 9% interest to Mumbai cosmetologist Dr Parul Jaiswal after holding that a laser machine sold for tattoo removal was misrepresented. The panel also awarded Rs 2 lakh compensation and Rs 50,000 costs, citing deficiency in service and unfair trade practice
