Kiwis Before Bed? Soha Ali Khan’s Sleep Trick Has Science Backing It

Published on: Feb. 26, 2026, 9 p.m. | Source: The Indian Express

Soha Ali Khan recently shared that she is trying kiwis, blueberries and cherries at bedtime after hearing they may improve sleep, and experts say there is some scientific basis to the claim. Portion control is important, especially for people with diabetes or kidney issues.
