Khadim India FY26 Net Profit at Rs 31.39 Million

Khadim India Limited announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a net profit of Rs 31.39 million, a decline from the previous year's Rs 51.95 million. Revenue from operations decreased to Rs 3,670.95 million from Rs 4,180.33 million, impacted by an exceptional item of Rs 18.20 million due to new Labour Codes and the demerger of its distribution business. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Ray & Ray as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
