Excelsior Correspondent KARGIL, Nov 23 : Kargil today commemorated the 77th year of the Indian Army’s historic victory of 1948, celebrated as Youm-e-Fateh, with great patriotic zeal at Khree Sultan Cho Sports Stadium, Biamathang.
