Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited's Board approved the sale of approximately 48 Bigha of non-operational land in Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala, Punjab, to Tresco Realty Group LLP for ₹24,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Crores Only) at its meeting on May 8, 2026. The Agreement to Sell was executed on May 7, 2026. The purchaser is not a related party, and the transaction will not impact the Company's business operations. Completion is subject to fulfilment of conditions precedent, including partition of the property, payment obligations, and execution of the Sale Deed.
