Excelsior Correspondent AWANTIPORA, Feb 18: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government Polytechnic College Budgam (GPCB) to expand its outreach network and promote structured academic cooperation.
