Iran's president tells UN: Tehran will never seek to build nuclear bomb

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared at the U.N. General Assembly that Iran has no intention of developing nuclear weapons, amidst the looming threat of reimposed international sanctions. Britain, France, and Germany initiated a process to reinstate U.N. sanctions, accusing Tehran of violating the 2015 nuclear deal. Pezeshkian claimed this action was at the behest of the United States.
