Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 2: The five-day Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme, organised by MY Bharat under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India concluded at Amphitheatre, Bagh-e-Bahu, today.
