NEW DELHI, Sep 30: The Commerce Ministry’s arm DGTR has initiated anti-dumping probes into the import of three Chinese goods – PET films, kitchen glassware and nylon following complaints by domestic manufacturers. The applicants have alleged that the dumping of these goods is impacting the domestic industry.
