Kuala Lumpur [Malaysia], April 23: Hong Leong Bank ('HLB' or the 'Bank') has announced a landmark strategic partnership with Tencent Music Entertainment Group ('TME') platforms, JOOX and QQ Music, to present the AsiaTop Music Festival 2026.
