KATHUA, Apr 11 : The Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, and Minister of State for the Prime Minister’s Office, Jitendra Singh, today announced that the Day Care Cancer Centre at Government Medical College (GMC) Kathua, established under the aegis of Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai will be upgraded.
