Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 17: Health and Medical Education Department has sought detailed clarifications from the Principals of Government Medical Colleges (GMCs) in Jammu and Kashmir regarding the proposed establishment of 30-bedded Emergency Medicine Departments.
