Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 19: FICCI FLO Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh (JKL), in collaboration with J&K Police and powered by Munjal Auto, today announced the third edition of the Half Marathon 3.0, scheduled for October 5.
