Export obligation period extension to impart much-needed relief to textile exporters: Govt

The government has extended the export obligation period for chemicals under the advance authorisation scheme. This move aims to help exporters of man-made fibre textiles and technical textiles. The extension provides much-needed relief and improves ease of doing business. It also enhances the competitiveness of Indian products in the global market.
