Emergent in talks to raise $250 million from Creaegis, others at 5x valuation jump to $1.5 billion

Once complete, Emergent’s $200-250 million round will be among the largest funding rounds so far this year. It will also be the latest startup to become a unicorn, or a company valued at $1 billion or more, sources told Moneycontrol.
