Embassy Developments Subsidiary Faces KIADB Order for Land Resumption at Bengaluru Industrial Area

Published on: March 18, 2026, 11:05 p.m. | Source: scanx.trade

Embassy Developments Limited disclosed that KIADB has ordered its subsidiary Embassy East Business Park Limited to surrender approximately 78 acres of leased land at Kadugodi Industrial Area, Bengaluru, within 30 days citing alleged lease violations. The company disputes the allegations regarding sub-lease arrangements and third-party agreements, maintaining proper approvals were obtained and legal procedures followed. Embassy Developments plans to challenge the March 16, 2026 order in Karnataka High Court, citing procedural violations and legal distinctions between agreements and actual property transfers.
