Delhivery Limited has appointed Ms. Neelam Dhawan as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a five-year term starting March 20, 2026, with Chairperson responsibilities from April 1, 2026. The appointment, subject to shareholder approval, brings extensive technology leadership experience from her roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise India and Microsoft Corporation India. Ms. Dhawan currently serves on multiple prominent boards and has been recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business by leading journals.
