Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has emerged as the L1 bidder for a Rs.474.25 crore construction project from IOCL, involving 12 high-rise residential buildings at Panipat complex in Haryana. The comprehensive project includes monolithic construction technology, parking facilities, sewerage treatment plant, and utility infrastructure. Upon project award, the company's total order book will reach approximately Rs.2,000 crores, significantly strengthening its business position.
